The perfect word to describe this treatment (liberal) is picturesque! The city of Bièvres is full of beautiful places and this one is certainly part of it! The coffee has a beautiful balcony and a breathtaking view. The menu is made up of organic local products, which is quite correct. We tried the tea infused with raspberry and lemonade, which were both good. The ice we tried to caramel with salt was melting in the mouth and extremely creamy! To try absolutely! Special mention: they have an aesthetic bathroom! And they have surprise books anonymously packed in opaque paper! And you can buy them and be surprised! What's a great idea! You can easily spend about 2 hours with a drink!

A place out of time. A restful place. What to say from the terrace with a splendid view and the sun. Healthy products. A pure happiness. The owner who has an impressive culture and loves to share. She had the sparkling eyes to tell us about the tea of artisanal beer and the books. She gives us the desire to read everything to taste... I'll be happy to listen to her for hours with a tisane and a good cake. An enchanted parenthesis. Thank you.

Un super accueil dans ce petit restaurant librairie de charme. Nous avons d'abord fait un tour dans les allées de la librairie, puis dejeuné à la carte dans la petite salle bien décorée. La carte est changée chaque jour, les produits sont frais, de saison et pour la plupart locaux. Vraiment très bon !
