My friend I came to this place they made us pay first but then when another couple came in , they didn't make them pay first. Not sure how this works, but that was red flag #1. Another thing, their house fried rice was stale they didn't put out anymore until the other couple came in there. When she refilled our drinks she didn't fill them up all the way , it was 3/4 of the glass.
Perhaps related to the size of the city's population, some restaurants are very depressed, which also affects the restaurant's service level, food quality, etc. Fortunately, this Chinese restaurant is still open. Several Chinese restaurants I found earlier have closed down.
We were there at 5:30 on a Friday evening. There was no salad. No beef nor pork items to select from. There were several different types of chicken. They were hot, but dry. My husband and I were very disappointed.

They aren't open at 11am on Sundays. Online will tell you 11am but the time on the door is 11:30am.
