We're in the Millennium with friends, because we wanted to try duck instead of the usual Martins fans. We were very attentive, but not intrusive. There was an appetizer in advance and then an excellent greeting from the kitchen that matched the duck dishes. The duck was served divided into chest and throat, i.e. on each tastefully dressed plate there were 2 ducks and a club. The meat was roasted to the point, juicy, little fat and buttery. There were homemade red cabbage and self-made potato crumbs filled with pruning plums. A poem. There were unrequired knocks and on request we also got a small bowl with extra roast sauce, which was even delicious. A good Merlot rounded off the food perfectly. Honestly, that was the best duck we've ever eaten, we've all agreed. For dessert was actually not much space, but the delicious delicacies we had to try with an original Italian strong espresso. A very good evening. Who needs a goose?
