Great restaurant and service.we had finished our meal and my wife left at least 3/4 of her fillet steak as it was a little rare (asked for medium) we didn’t complain as my wife thought she should have asked for medium well. The waitress collected the plates and asked if the meal was ok... we didn’t complain. She still thought she would check the steak and thought it was medium rare. The manager came over and reduced the bill accordingly as he also thought the steak was under cooked. I must say very proactive customer service noticing that maybe the returning plates were not ideal. We even said we were fine paying full... but the manager insisted the steak was undercooked and not what was ask...
The experience at the restaurant started out well with a few drinks, but quickly went downhill. The scallops in the starters were bland and the chicken wings were not up to par. After ordering another drink, there was a mix-up and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The main courses took 35 minutes to arrive after the starters, with lettuce wedges sitting on our table for 20 minutes. When the main courses finally arrived, my partner's was overcooked despite being ordered medium. After waiting another 25 minutes for a replacement, we decided to cancel our order and leave. The poor service was very disappointing, especially since it was supposed to be a celebration for my mother's birthda...
A beautiful meal from start to finish. Food was incredibly well cooked and Chris our servers manners, table service and personality was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt very well catered for. He had a smile on his face throughout the service and has a passion for his job. He is asset to your company. Thank you Chris! We will be back again soon. Compliments to the kitchen who made the food because it was amazing. I would fully recommend anyone to go the Chester branch if I could have give it more than 5 stars I would! Adam and Yvette also very professional thank you all for a lovely evening.
Had a great day at the races and then came to Miller and Carter Chester to finish the day. Service was first class and got to say if Miller and Carter have an Employee star award then Chloe needs to be awarded it. Knowledgeable and friendly and put up with some raucous behaviour from some of our party who had perhaps enjoyed the day a lot more than the average person! Professional and friendly. Food was delicious. Looking forward already to coming back. Well done Miller and Carter for a lovely night. Food and service top notch. Thank you.

Visited Miller and Carter Chester yesterday. Nothing but praise for the whole dining experience. Aaron was our server who looked after us so well all evening. Aaron went above and beyond making our evening perfect. Thank you Aaron. The food was very good with our steaks cooked just perfectly for everyone in our party of 5. A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience from start to finish thank you.
We had a great night to celebrate our son’s birthday. All meals were lovely, couldn’t fault the food at all. Although all the staff we spoke to were great, we have to say, the level of customer service we received from Aaron was exceptional, he helped make our night extra special. Aaron, you are a credit to the company, Miller Carter, you are very lucky to have him working for you!
I visited the Chester location on December 29, 2023 with my family. Two of us ordered steaks, one had the salmon, and the other had the spinach and cheese wellington. We also enjoyed starters and desserts. The meal was absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely. We will definitely return again. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was outstanding.
eating was great, including cocktails. the service was before place, even if one of our party on the fine waiter (tom) mentioned that their steak was not cooked as ordered, immediately removed without hesitation and a new steak cooked to like them. thanks to müller and Carter breast for a very good evening.

I can't find any mistakes in everything. the service of tom was really welcoming and impeccable. that should die! although here for a holiday, we will definitely make the trip again, just to come here for a meal.
We were so looked after here last weekend. Lunch menu is ridiculously good value for money. They celebrated my birthday without embarrassing me and the whole service was great. Definitely be returning.
