Miller Carter Wheathampstead

We enjoyed a lovely family get together over dinner in The Bull. The ambience in the restaurant was perfect and our waitress, Belinda made us feel very welcome. She was quick, efficient and witty but when one of our steaks wasn’t up to the usual very high standard, she was on to it straightaway and we were very happy with the professional way in which she handled the situation. We will definitely go back overall the cocktails, meals and wine were all great and the customer service, particularly from Belinda, was excellent

My girlfriend and I went here for my birthday and it was brilliant. We had been to the Miller and Carter in Edinburgh. I have to say the one in Edinburgh had a far better atmosphere that the Wheathampstead but obviously that's a city. Our waitress, Gill, was such a lovely and warm person and made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent as we both opted for the 30 day aged Sirloin 8oz. Great restaurant and will definitely be going back!

Pleasant seating and quite so it was easy talking to our friends. Food quality was okay chicken was a bit dry but the Salmon and steaks were both good. We accepted the two course special deal which was good value. The evening was enhanced by Kelly the server who was efficient and very friendly.

Always a pleasure dining here. The amazing steak, coupled with a fun experience for the family (70th birthday). A friendly and welcoming team from FOH to the kitchen! Thank you to Belinda, Duncan, Jay and the rest of the team!

Fabulous meal with even better service from Gill. Always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Perfect steak too.
