I agree with the other review and it was summed up perfectly if I ate at the same place all the positive reviewers dined at. I'm a server myself and a very generous 35-40% tipper when the food and service is good. I paid my bill and didn't reach out to management when I was there cause I couldn't imagine how they could remedy things. I just cut my losses. The food just wasn't good. The sweet potato fries were undercooked. The fish tacos were overcooked. I had to pull apart the taco to make sure it wasn't burnt chicken. One flour tortilla was burnt. We attempted to eat 2 and just left the other one uneaten. Funny the server asked us if we wanted to pack it like we forgot to. We took a chance on the pork nachos and the pork was overcooked and dry. The wings were just weird. The skin was just off and the quality of meat was like fake chicken. We jumped at ordering 12 cause we've NEVER had inedible wings. Is there such a thing? My one daughter and I can almost eat anything, but they were indescribable. My daughter and I each took one bite, didn't swallow and put them down. We left the whole app $18) on the table. What was the point in bringing them home. It was that bad. We took an almost $20 loss. The ranch sauce didn't partner well with the jalapenos. I guess it was our turn to try a MISS. This place was a big miss. So disappointed we spent $85. We usually spend more and get dessert and alcohol. The food took forever. Didn't appreciate when I got the bill that the server didn't inform me of the upcharges. That's disrespectful. I'm a server who receives excellent OpenTable reviews almost EVERY month at my restaurant. FACTS. I tell guests about the $1 blue chz upcharge and the $2 fries upcharge if they so choose. At my more upscale, non corporate restaurant those things are removed off the bill when the server fails to help the guest make an informed decision. So much for trusting the server. I NEVER give a poor tip. I'd be a fool to tip more knowing full well what fair service is. I reluctantly left the server a poor tip compensation cause she wasn't taking care of us or following up. She was a poor Miller's representative and guest advocate. She seemed nice, but I needed a fair, honest server. She was obviously aware we were dissatisfied and knowingly didn't acknowledge it. The tip reflects those upcharges she tried to rack the bill up with and her being lazy or dishonest to mention them. There was also poor follow up after the food was dropped off so the tip is in the wings. I can repeatedly go to Iron Hill, Turning Point, Redstone, Fireside, and the California Pizza Kitchen going out 2 times a week getting apps, an entree, alcohol and desserts to rack up a $150 dollar bill or more for one adult and 2 kids tipping $40+. Something told me not to order my Cosmo here and I usually order 2 and sometimes 3. I'm willing to pay $14 for a Cosmo at Redstone. Well we tried it and will never return. We now know not to initially order as much at a new place. We ordered the pork nachos, jalepenos, pan fried potstickers, and 12 mozz sticks first. Not impressed at all. Then made a big mistake ordering the 12 $18) Korean BBQ wings and fish tacos to give the place a chance to redeem itself. But it got even worse. They were the two worst dishes out of everything we ordered! Love Fireside's service, mozz sticks, wings, nachos and desserts. Love Iron Hill's service, Korean BBQ wings, calamari, fish tacos and desserts. So much so I paid $20 for their frequent diner card. Fireside is affordable and Iron hill is pricier but so worth it. Unfortunately, we wasted money, our time, and calories eating here. What a way to end our night disappointed and dissatisfied. We tried. Sorry we just had to leave this review. Hopefully no one else experiences this and something positive will come of this. And kudos to those who love their food. To each their own. God bless you!

Placed a doordash order and my husband's dinner was completely off (not as ordered, completely wrong) and he tasted it and said it was horrible and trashed it. My order was also very sub par. I only ate a tiny bit of it and now I'm drinking ginger ale to help my stomach reaction to it. This is NOT OK especially with current day prices. We're done with this place.
