I am adding a star to my review. The general manager called and followed up to apologize for my negative experience. He personally took the time to address the issues, which shows concern. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse from there. Our food was served at different times and our waitress mentioned that someone had messed up our order. The credit card machine broke down after we had already boxed our leftovers, and they wanted to write down our card information on a piece of paper, which was not secure. I recently visited this restaurant with a friend and was disappointed. It was my first time there, and I found the table to be dusty. We asked for it to be cleaned. The food was mediocre (bland), and my burger was missing an item that I had paid for. We had to wait for the bill because our waitress was chatting with another customer for a long time. Eventually, we had to signal another employee who kindly brought us our bill. I felt embarrassed and apologized to my dining partner. Ordered delivery via an app, the order was confirmed by the restaurant. Apx 20 mins later the delivery driver was there to pick up but sent me a message saying they were waiting for the order still. Then sent a message with a picture of the restaurant doors closed and no one in sight. The hours on the app and posted online stated the restaurant should have still been open for at least another hour. And then the order was canceled via the app AFTER the driver wasted time and gas to pick up. They wasted my time and money too. I could have ordered from somewhere else. Awful...it took too long for the waiter to take our order and when he did he didnt take everybody's order said he was comng back. He never did. The manager came over and then he told her he took our order but it was never put in. The thing about it there was only three tables with customers in the whole restaurant. I will inform the staff that my table is too crowded, so I will ask for a different table. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue and we ended up waiting for our drinks for 45 minutes. It was a frustrating experience and I don't even want to think about the last time I ate here.

my sister got the first-class rib special meat was white, my sister-in-law I got the snow collar dinner absolutely terrible. cold, kalkreis wasn't in the position.

I visited from kansas city and stumbled into this place. the food was great service was even better! I can't wait to come back when I'm in town!

Lunch, plenty of availability of table and waitstaff, took a bit to get desert delivered but everything was good.
