We arrived from Berlin quite late and decided to have something simple, quick, and near to our hotel. The restaurant is located in a quiet area. There was only one Vietnamese waitress serving 3 tables that night. She brought us the English menu. We ordered 1 chicken curry, 1 pho bo, 2 vermicelli with grilled pork on top.The waitress didn't speak English well, so we pointed what we wanted, including 3 'Tab water' (we assumed it was a typo on the menu) for €0.5 each and a beer. Not long after that the waitress came back with 3 glasses of sparkling water and the beer. The restaurant is small and service is moderately to fairly slow (one hour from sitting down to getting main course). We ordered the appetizer platter to share and loved it. The shrimp and chicken satay were really excellent. Our main courses, however, were pretty standard fare and had little special appeal. I had a vegetarian dish over rice and it a bit too sweet for my taste and otherwise quite bland. My companions had a meat/noodle and meat/rice dish respectively and said that they were basically interchangeable. One had the sticky rice taro dessert and said later that he thought it might have been bad since he felt sick later that evening. But I won't go as far as to say Mimi was to blam...

I really like the flavors and sauces here. The food is simple, but delicious and full of flavor - the service is really great, even though you can tell they're rather busy sometimes. The prices are good as well; you can order a smaller or a bigger dish so there's an option for everyone... Have been there twice and will continue to go regularly!

The menu is in all German...and we speak none. Our waitress didn't speak any English, so we had an interesting time trying to order. Finally we both just picked something at random. We weren't disappointed! The service was wonderful (even though we couldn't communicate), we ate outside, and felt like a local for a short time! Reserva una mesa ahora

Very nice people who stayed open and cooked for us when they were about to close for lunch. Only issue is they don't speak any English or have an English menu so unless you speak German, it's hard to order. Food was good.

I love Vietnamese food and this family run restaurant is exceeding my expectations. Every time i visit Munich, i pass by. Friendly staff.
