I've been past this cafe a few times but it's often closed but not today yay!! <br/ <br/ And I'm really glad I persisted. I was warmely greeted by a lovely lady who served me a great coffee. I noticed that the milk tasted creamier and I then noticed that they use Jersey milk which does seem to taste better than regular (Friesan) milk and I can digest it better. It's the little things lol<br/ <br/ They had good looking crossiants and slices available w a good range of food to order.<br/ <br/ This is a homely cafe w big communal tables, newspapers and a relaxed casual inviting atmosphere. Found Min Lokal when we wanted to meet up with some people and there was a wait for Addict (which we should have known). Nice little cafe, friendly staff. The coffee and food were okay, but overpriced. We had the vegan bruschetta and the black eye beans and potato. The dishes looked nice, but I find $16 for some bread with tomatoes and avocado quite expensive. The taste of the dishes was a little blunt. Still a very good option though when other cafes have a wait!

Had brunch here with my husband this weekend. It's a little secluded off the main road but well worth the find. The menu is a bit different from usual brekkie places which Iiked. We were seated on a large shared table with a few others but space was a premium here so you have to go with. I ordered the black beans and my partner had eggs on toast with bacon and an iced coffee. Food was quick and delicious. Service was good too. Bill was 45.

My partner and I get coffee from this place most mornings. Great coffee. It wasy first time eating there though today. Amazing food. Loved the options on the menu. We had the warm moghrabie salad and the black eye beans. Both delicious, so many flavours, and the ingredients went so well together. Great staff and excellent service as well. Highly recommended. Delicious, interesting, huge breakfasts with a lovely courtyard out back. I would recommend the big breakfast- the variety of mushrooms was a bit unexpected perk and the amount you get was excellent value. The beans and packed eggs were also lovely. Will return- for the taste, value and atmosphere combined.

Coffee Review:<br/ <br/ Great intimate and cozy place for great coffee Dog friendly. Have both outdoor and indoor seating. Indoor seating are communal tables and they also offer WiFi. Def a great place for a pick me up coffee! Have yet to try their food here.

Totally loved this cafe on all fronts beautiful space on a sunny Sunday afternoon and great spot to enjoy a yummy coffee and delicious food. We had the smoked salmon bruschetta and the vegan lunch, both were awesome. The rosti are perfectly crunchy and morish.

Have been here a few times now. The service is always pleasant and the food is exactly what you order. If you're wanting a yummy brunch where you know you wont be disappointed this is always a good choice.

Been here twice now and will return. Loved the coffee and the avocado bruschetta. Service is friendly and lovely. Small and interesting place that is a huge highlight in Fitzroy. Not to be missed.
