mina is a super little find where the limited number of diners and set-suck menu allow the team in front of the house to focus on the customers while the cooks perfect the eating; everything was fresh and local. we sat at a table near the open kitchen and never even interfered with the activities in it; those who chose to sit in the “bar” could see and interact with the chefs during their meal. eating was nice, with many interesting and original ideas. The reduced tasting menu was innovative and brilliantly executed, a unique and memorable experience with wonderful service. The chef, kitchen and serving staff are to be congratulated. To my taste, the wine pairing was not always so successful due to the decision only to serve Spanish wines, which meant wider possibilities were sometimes ignored.

that was my first experience in a Michelin star restaurant and it was not disappointed. the food was raised and the service was exceptional. when it was time to leave the waitress seemed really disturbed that the machine could not produce bill, but I would like to assure her that it was really no problem and the handwritten was good!

The entrance of this restaurant is unique. It’s a little difficult to find, but that makes it fun. The food was exquisite. It was amazing to be able to see the kitchen. My only remark is that it was sometimes very difficult to understand the staff. Their English is good, but it could be better.
