Finally a delicious and healthy place to pickup food and take it home.If you're into food that tastes great and is good for you, I'd highly recommend trying Minced Meal Prep.This was my first visit.I was given a guided tour of the many items to choose from in their variety of refrigerators. A delightful young lady, Alexa, explained the process, which helped me to understand how I could either pre-order and pick up on another day or purchase anything available in the fridge and take it home now. Great selection of healthy alternatives for on the go meals and snacks.. but even more so impressed with their shooters and “holistic”/natural immunity options. The elderberry syrup is second to none, and the four thieves vinegar, while potent is a must for any cold or virus you may have. Will definitely keep going back as long as we live in the east Dallas area!
