I haven 't been here in a very long time and was very disturbed by what I saw today. I stopped by this morning to order two dishes of dim sum to go, only to realize that they gave me the wrong items when I got home. I called to let them know what happened and returned an hour later to get the right items. As soon as I walked through the door, one worker saids to another Oh, here he comes in a very unflattering tone, not knowing that I was Cantonese speaking as well. They didn 't offered an apology and were dismissive.The most disturbing part was witnessing what they did with the dim sum I returned. Instead of throwing them away, they put them back in the steaming trays to sell to another cus...
Good price for decent quality. I would give them 3.5 if I had the choice. There aren't many dim sum options in the south part of the City and not many that are high quality in the City at all. Seems like the best options are outside SF these days, so considering all that and the very difficult parking options in Chinatown.... I think this place is the most convenient and decent option available. I don't have high standards or expectations and for the price/quality, it meets all my requirements.
Pork buns were good bun were fluffy and pork wasn't to sweet. Would like a bit more meat but it was good. Combination bun: orders but didn't try yet Plain bun: aromatic mom liked themSesame balls yummyCupcake thing was okay skip.
Best dim sum in the Portola! They were closed for the holidays but I just went there today to get my usuals. Love this place and they have the best egg tarts (flaky not shortbread).

The food at this restaurant is really tasty, but there were green onions in the porridge, and they didn’t ask me if I wanted them added. I’m not a fan of onions.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has no steps, making it easily accessible.
Price right and the foods are matching what we paid for...steam rice with pork rib n chicken are my favorite ??????
Convenient hole in a wall with wide traditional options at affordable prices! Def worth going to!
