Ming Of The Avenue

My favourite restaurant. Ming of the Avenue (Mings) is pretty much the best Chinese restaurant in the area (if not the world). Sounds like an exaggeration I grant you but the food, service and people are fantastic. I've been going there pretty much my whole life (I'm 28) and have never had a bad meal. I recently went to Hong Kong too, and have to say the food is comparable, at least, if not better! Mings is run by Sue (abley assisted by her sister Lyn) and it is such a friendly place. We've been eating there for what must be 30 years. Never had a bad experience. Our most recent visit 2 weeks ago was to celebrate a family member's birthday. The food was the usual excellent standard. The bill was more than reasonable too for 5 of us eating and drinking.
