Minibar By José Andrés Restaurant In Wash

My wife and I went here for a first date anniversary recently, and it was fantastic! We've been to several Michelin star restaurants around the world, and this was one of the best. The food was just amazing course after another amazing course. The level of innovation and flavor was just off the charts. The service was also impeccable, with super friendly chefs and staff. The interactive experience is something truly memorable. Special shout-out to Sean, who was super helpful to me when I was trying to figure out which cocktails to order!

We had a truly fantastic time celebrating at Minibar last night. The service was wonderful, the food was excellent, and it was so much fun to watch them putting each dish together. The chefs never hesitated to answer any questions about the ingredients, techniques, and equipment used in each plating, which was even more special and fascinating. Inventive, exquisitely prepared dishes. Talented kitchen staff well-integrated with attentive, professional service. Relaxed and welcoming vibe to enjoy a 17-course menu. Very pleased to see some SMWS selections on the digestif list! Would recommend Minibar to anyone.

Truffles and moose. Sarah and her team are amazing! It was so good, I didn't need Mcdonald after. Can't wait to come back
