Mirabelle - Reserva de mesa

Great dinner at Mirabelle! We had eaten there as a family maybe 17 years ago. Not sure why we have not gone back but we did (my wife and I) and we had a wonderful dinner. Service was excellent and I enjoyed the squash ravioli with truffle sauce as a appetizer....the sauce was phenomenal....I soaked it up with more bread. My wife had the Belgium onion soup. Both were excellent. Entrees of Colorado lamb (me) and lobster with a small side of sausage (my wife). She was hesitant about the sausage but it was excellent. The lamb is to die for! Highly recommend a nice pleasant dinner at Mirabelle.

We came here with our three kids and so glad we did! The food was amazing! And I am very grateful that they had a children's menu. Many higher end restaurants don't and they had a really great one! The dover sole was so so good and the chicken was amazing! The chocolate cake with pistachio ice cream was so good too! Next time we are in Vail we will definitely come back to this restaurant and would highly recommend when you are visiting Vail

We celebrated our 20th anniversary. We spent a wonderful evening and everything was perfect, the food , the wine and the atmosphere. We would like to say thank you to the staff and more particularly to Brice. I had the fish and my husband the Elk tenderloin.Congratulation to the chef for the level of excellence taste and presentation). The pavlova was also something to dye for.
