I went to dinner with a friend, and everything was pleasant until we ordered the slow-cooked beef. Unfortunately, it was tough and difficult to eat. I called over a waitress to let her know and asked if it could be refunded. I understand that mistakes can happen, and she was very understanding. However, when she returned, she informed me that they couldn’t issue a refund. I requested to speak to a manager, and he told me there was “nothing wrong” with the meal. He and his staff had tried it themselves and responded in a rude and dismissive manner. This made me feel quite uncomfortable. --- I recently dined at a fantastic restaurant for dinner, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place for a cozy evening out. The meal cost around $60 to $80 per person, which felt very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the attentive service we received. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Been coming here for several years but this is my last visit. Food has gone downhill. Had salt and pepper squid which was savagely over cooked and tasted only of the coating. Other dish was allegedly slow cooked beef cheeks. Had not been cooked for long enough as the large chunks could hardly be cut with a spoon . The gelatinous covering should not be that hard . Staff friendly it’s clean and local but will not be back .

$68 for very little . 2 Adults and 1 young child. Went home and had a meal straight after as I left the place hungry. Could have got 4 fulfilling burgers at Grilld across the other side for same price. Very average food with very few options. I got what I deserved won’t be back . Lovely food and excellent service. Quite a small mains menu but if you fill up on all the lovely range of dumplings or entrees it doesn’t seem to matter. Very good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–80
