Had a dinner as a family. Prices are approaching that of NYC level as this was the most expensive place we ever visited in the region but the quality was not to par. Duck was over-salted and mussels bland, chicken was ok, deserts were not tasty and service, while decent, was not worth automatic 20% tip.

the mushroom soup was the pointed notch. homemade parpadelle had beautiful red pfeffer kick. cocktails were pleasant surprise, simple but balanced sweet, zitrus and alcohol. forgotten to take the picture of desserts, but choco and brotpudding were good wise to finish the meal.

Very Good, Especially for a Small TownSaugerties is a pretty small town on the Hudson River. So it was surprising, to me, that a restaurant of this calibre is located there. All thing—atmosphere, service, drinks, food—were very good.

I had the Scallops with risotto and asparagus! How phenomenal this dish was. The scallops were cooked to perfection, the risotto was creamy and beautifully made.
