We enjoy sampling pho wherever our travels take us, and I can confidently say this is the best I've ever experienced. During our two-day trip to Liverpool, we dined at Miss Phở both nights, and I really wish we had also come for lunch. Usually, I load up on Sriracha, lime, and fish sauce, but the broth here was so exquisite that it stood perfectly on its own. I would rate it an 11/10! Service: Dine-in. Recommended dish: Sliced Medium-Rare Beef Pho.
