Mission Hills Sushi

tonight we ordered chirashi don and beef teriyaki that comes with miso suppee. they put our job in a paper bag. when my man brought it home and lifted the bag of our car, torn the paper bag and everything fell on the floor. the bark teriyaki was in order, but both mistsuppen and the chirashi don opened and fell on the floor. the fish was everywhere and was covered with dirt. the mistsuppen were lost. we called the restaurant and said that we come back and bring the bag that my man did. They said they would replace the suppen and the chirashi don. I've been coming here for years and the service has slipped immensely in the last couple of months. I've been preordering at least an hour early for a long time and never had to wait more than 5 minutes at pick up. Recently I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order so that's no better than ordering ASAP. It seems they're forgetting about these! Not sure what's happened in the last couple of months but there's also been mixed orders where they're chasing customers out the door to correct them. I've seen it myself. Fortunately the food is still good but expect to wait longer than stated.

not sure what happened, but maybe new owns or new employees? the ordered farewell and part of the order was not included (leuckily not loaded), but the oldashi tofu was included, but without sauce. the whole point of oldashi tofu is called the combination of the sose and the tofu. to advise the error without accusing for the inconvenience.

Their sushi is alright. Though sometimes the wait is outrageous. They tell me 30 minutes so i come 40 minutes later and then i sometimes have to wait another 10-20 minutes. Doesnt happen all the time though and there is quite friendly service

don't get the sharp cortex. clean fat bark. just every taste. tested like frozen vegetables. found a baby carrot in it. noodles too soft. would have been better with a pack of Mr noodles for a fraction of the price.

I had another amazing lunch from mission hills. Purchase 3 lunch combos each one was perfectly made ready in 15 minutes as I called an order for pickup. I love the staff their always so generous kind.

They were so nice and helped me pick the sushi based on my diet! And l was really surprised with the sweet compliment l was left with.

Good size pieces and taste was amazing. Service was good and price was pretty good.Will definitely order from here again.
