Mister Laffa Shawarma House

Got the chicken dinner plate, chicken was passable, the rest was unremarkable. Bare salad, sweet dressing, fried onions and lentils in the rice (if you're into that specific flavor that's fine, was not for me). At these prices (spent close to $40 for 1 plate and small container of hummus) there are much better and cleaner options in the area.Update: reduced original rating from 3 stars to 1 star, I got mild food poisoning and have had the runs since eating here, unacceptable.

This is hands down the best chicken shawarma I’ve had here. Hasan always has a smile on his face. You can tell he’s passionate. I love shawarma and have tried so many places around the world. This is hands down the best. The bread is baked fresh per order. I haven’t had this experience much. The ingredients are all fresh. The meat is perfectly seasoned. All round amazing place. Food is 11/10 and customers service is 12/10. You’ve gotten a lifelong customer!

I ordered one of the most expensive items on the menu, white meat, chicken shish kebab. They literally microwaved the rice and the chicken wasn 't even cooked properly. The fact you call this 'middle eastern ' food is a sham. Super bland, poorly prepared. Fake middle eastern food place, stay away unless you like being disappointed. The guy was very hospitable and nice. To my surprise, he warmed up the chicken in a nearby microwave when I ordered my shawarma. Not a big deal. He proceeded to make me one of the worst shawarma’s I have ever tasted. It was too saucy, the pita wasn’t warmed up and the chicken was soggy. Wouldn’t recommend. I have gone there and the other items on the menu taste great but I would not recommend getting the chicken shawarma.

Very good shawarma on laffa. A bit pricey but good quality. I think the sweet spot would be a bit smaller and a bit cheaper. I'm a big person with a big appetite and I can barely finish the sandwich.Young guy is always distracted on his phone and the restaurant is eerily quiet, play some upbeat music!

Got the shawarma plate wasn't able to customize the plate, which would have been fine, but all I got was rice and chicken, and a salad with really sweet dressing...I guess I expected to be able to add garlic sauce, turnips, tabouleh, etc etc when I've paid $25....don't recommend.
