I have been ordering regularly from Mister Pizza for years but then the Pégomas agency I have never seen that, incompetent, unpleasant, I don't care and so on, the people who take the orders don't understand anything about what we ask them or don't listen. And 80% of orders are missed, something is always missing or because we order at 10:30 p.m. they don't want to work anymore so we receive poorly made pizzas with no toppings and no extra charge which are billed of course and on top of that we are forced to go down to the gate because they don't want to put staff at the end of the shift at the risk of eating cold.
