Mitchell's Ice Cream Westlake

I visited the ice cream shop yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the place was spotless. I ordered a scoop of ice cream in a cone and another scoop in a cup. The staff was not only friendly but also did a great job with my order. The ice cream itself was perfect. Overall, the shop was very clean, and I plan to return several times a year. It's worth noting that all employees were wearing masks, following COVID guidelines.

As visitors from the city, we've been to Mitchell's many times and can’t praise the quality and delicious flavors enough. The young ladies working at the Solon, Ohio location on Saturday, July 10, 2021, were exceptionally professional and attentive. We will definitely be returning! Thank you, Mitchell's! If you haven't been yet, you must give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Mitchell's is unbeatable! Their ice cream is the best in Northeast Ohio, without a doubt. They also sell dry ice by the pound, which we used to keep ice cream cold in a cooler for a sundae fundraiser, and it worked incredibly well. If you need cold caps for chemotherapy, you can also purchase dry ice here for that purpose, or for any other use you might have for it. :)

Vitalia Senior Living would like to recognize Mitchell's Ice Cream Solon as our mom and pop business for 2022. Our residents love to do outings there. Our walking club will use Mitchell's as their destination. The team that works there are always friendly and have a great smile when they come in. The restaurant is consistently clean and bustling with activity. I really enjoy their selection of ice creams and sorbets. The staff is always friendly, and regardless of how busy it gets, the line moves quickly. However, the parking lot is quite cramped and narrow, which can be a bit of a hassle.

This place has amazing ice cream! So many flavors and not your typical ones either! We love their wild berry crumble, key lime pie, and sea salt caramel. They’re SO GOOD. A little pricey compared to other ice cream places, this is definitely more “gourmet” but worth it. Dog approved.
