the service was very good. I came for the panko encrusted deep fried walleye. this was not a good way to cook this delicate fish. I just tasted, was roast panko. I suggest that the chef changes to the Walleye recipe of my mother: dry porteye filets. they fall in a beaten egg, then cover with comminuted salinaries. put on the counter for 20 minutes. fry in maize oil, to crack on both sides, to taste with salt and pepper.
