I ordered through Uber Eats and got two chicken gyro platters for the buy one get one deal. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were very small. I thought it would be enough for two meals, but both containers were mostly filled with salad and had just a small amount of rice and chicken. I ended up eating both and still felt hungry. I'm not sure if this was because of the deal or not.
You get what you pay for I guess. If you want better fare, go pay more. Standard Joe Everyman fare. Gave order away. Wasn’t so great. Depends on your palate, standards. Won’t be patronizing again. Unseasoned, salty. Basic fare. Bottled supermarket condiments drizzled over frozen fare as far as I could tell. Best to them. Ordered wings and beef/chix gyro.
Deceivers.... I ordered from Uber Eats because they advertised a buy one get one free offer. They split one plate into two and the portions were very small. I also called ahead to confirm if the chicken gyro contained breast meat, and was assured it was all white meat. However, I received chicken thigh instead.
The meal was disappointing as the food was cold and had to be reheated. There was more rice than lamb, and the lamb was finely chopped, which did not look appetizing. The taste was just okay. This restaurant serves delicious dishes with amazing presentation and great taste. We tried the falafel over rice bowl, which we loved, and the gyro over Greek salad, which we also loved. The falafel was seasoned and crispy, while the gyro was flavorful but not overly seasoned.
I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. While my previous orders were satisfactory, this time the fries were undercooked and lacked seasoning. The chicken also had hard pieces, making it inedible. I will not be ordering from this place again.
The size of the platter portion is lacking. For a similar price, or slightly more, you can find larger portion sizes at other restaurants. I would need to order two platter meals to feel satisfied with the amount of food. Overall, I would rate the food as a 3 out of 5.
This restaurant is a great deal for the price and perfectly satisfied my late-night hunger pangs. I will definitely be ordering from here again! Reserva una mesa ahora
I requested a mixed plate without salad and the owner nailed the meat-to-rice ratio perfectly. The sauce was delicious too.
