we went to the restaurant last night (st valentin). surprise that my darling has prepared for some time, I specify that he has booked a table for 2 for 8:30. we arrived last night in this restaurant that was crowded (although with a small reception capacity). This restaurant offers in parallel sales to take away. We were placed at our table after more than 10 minutes waiting in the entrance. a table that says by passing not ready and frankly not intimate! Then, the waitress continued to serve the "go away" customers while we still didn't have the menu map. (we are accustomed to the takeover sale and knew what we wanted to take). The waitress finally decided to give us the cards at 9:05. take control at 9:15 :menu ba1 (after our inquiry, we tell him that we are in a hurry because film at 10 pm). another waitress arrived with the entrances at 9:25 when we had previously ordered 2 homemade cocktails that looked more like an alcoholic cocktail! 5 minutes later our 2 entries arrive at the same time. We'll swallow them and it's nothing to say! Then we wait for another 15 minutes for our boat and seeing that it didn't happen I get up to ask that they pack everything to eat it to take away. From there, there comes a large plate that we are placed in the middle of the table, the waitress doesn't even give us a plate each. We swallow our sushi like shrimp! , stomach heavier for the rest of the evening. the half carafe of rosé we ordered remained almost full, impossible to drink it from a treat (I only drink a sip), we then asked for the rest of the meal to put it in boxes to take away! to know that we are transporting the rest of our meal to the cinema! Not very glamorous either! at the crate, I allowed myself to say our discontent to the waitress, who apologizes, but doesn't make any commercial gesture! I find this particularly unacceptable, being the result of the restoration, when such a situation came because it sometimes happens, we apologized and we made a commercial gesture, which seems normal to me. When each person's capacity is reached, one must know to stop the hemorrhage and stop welcoming customers, making profit is good but not at the expense of the quality of service. Last night, clearly the restaurant's guests were totally left to account and the guests of the service to take away were privileged! Don't forget that before all this place is a restaurant. The fact is that we were very disappointed at this evening that looked more like a fiasco than a romantic evening. all the staff were totally outdated and were more than anything else! I also think that all customers were dissatisfied! really a shame to stay on a negative note while we love this restaurant in normal time and eat quality products there. He's been very meditating, boss. !! one night of valentine we plan the necessary staff and we ensure that we can properly manage its service! My note will not exceed the 3 for zero service!

the staff is a little cold.The dishes are very good quality. the restaurant could be better arranged.It is best to book even for the dishes to take away.
