I had been looking for a place in town to get some good fried chicken. I kept seeing the name MJ's on social media, but kept overlooking it. This past Saturday, my husband and I finally decided to go, and, it was way more than I could have imagined. They have such a mouthwatering menu, that I had a hard time choosing where to start (because we're definitely coming back). OMG!!!! So sorry, forgot pics. But what a nice nice place. Packed with cleanliness, kindness, large portions of damn tasty food. Shrimp Po Boy, best EVER! Walleye was fresh and yummy. Just had the best chicken sandwich I have had in a long, long time!!!! The service was fabulous. The manager came to our table to check on us and was very friendly. Location is Enos close to St John's Hospital Go see them and enjoy a meal that will make you go back for more. Oh and I promise you will not leave hungry!!!!!

I arrived on September 2, 2023, to place an order for carry-out, but found a sign on the door indicating that the restaurant no longer offers dine-in or carry-out services. They are now only providing catering. I'm disappointed to have missed out on their food, especially given all the positive reviews.

The catfish was very fresh, the portions were more than we could handle, and the flavor was very good. The hospitality of Margaret M in MJs and other patrons was unbeatable. Such friendly people.
