For soft serve, shocking variety of different elaborate ice cream sunday creations and cones. I don't think I've ever been to an ice cream place that had such fun combinations. MN Nice Cream is so good! Their cookie dough topping is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I always get it. Their topping options are really fun, delicious, and unique, and the shop is super cute for photo ops! To be honest, I don’t love the vegan ice cream options they’re not as creamy as the dairy ones (makes sense); but, if I feel like the vegan flavors would be awesome if I didn’t eat dairy. Either way, still a big fan. And I mean, free glitter?!?! NE Minneapolis is great in general, and I love that this pop icon ice cream shop is in my favorite part of the city! The restaurant has a lively atmosphere and offers an impressive variety of ice cream toppings! They serve three classic ice cream flavors—chocolate, vanilla, and twist—along with three vegan options. I really enjoyed the contrast between the slightly salty cookie dough and the sweet ice cream. There is ample outdoor seating in front of the building, and you can also enjoy a beer next door at Able while having your ice cream. Plus, there are bike racks available out front!
The soft serve ice cream itself is solid...why this places deserves 5 stars is the atmosphere, staff, and wow factor on the toppings. I ordered the large Cookie Monster in a waffle cone. It was absolutely delicious with legit cookie dough! I thought I had died and gone to cookie heaven. This place is a must try. Parking can be a bit difficult, so pay attention as to where there is free and pay parking. Otherwise...this place is a definite must try.

This place is incredibly cool! It's very accommodating for vegans, as well as those who are dairy-free or gluten-free. I opted for a cake batter and Blue Moon twist, with toppings of puppy chow, peanut butter bark, and peanuts. My partner chose a vanilla and chocolate twist, topped with PB monster dough and a vegan rainbow waffle. Everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend stopping by!
This is the only place I go for soft serve. They consistently offer four flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and two rotating vegan options like cake batter, salted caramel, and dark chocolate. There is also a wide variety of toppings available, including many vegan choices. If you're in the neighborhood, make sure to stop by!
The best ice cream place for gluten free and vegan ice cream! Cake batter ice cream monster cookie dough puppy chow a rainbow cone. They really pack it all in there, so I asked for it in a cup with the cone on the side. You can break the cone up into your ice cream and eat the whole thing with a spoon!
if they are vegan and want to be in this opposite and egg, they give them a try. while the cookies and saw soft serve I was very good, mn has other, better vegan ice options. I wouldn't come back from mine.
