I used to be a loyal customer at this restaurant, visiting at least once a week. About 3-4 weeks ago, I placed an order for 3 combos over the phone for a business meeting. When I picked up the bag and left, I realized that it only contained 2 items and they were not what I had ordered. Due to lack of time, I didn't go back to complain and simply left it until my next visit. On two subsequent visits, I forgot to mention the issue. Today, when I finally remembered, they refused to give me a refund because I hadn't called immediately. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable to me. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be sharing my experience with others....

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but it is also quite pricey considering the portion sizes and overall quality. Spending $60 for three people to have a simple lunch with paper napkins from a pick-up window seems excessive. Some of the tables were not as clean as they should have been, with crumbs and spills still visible. However, the food was tasty and served warm when it was brought out from the counter.

Awesome kabob. Just what the Dr. ordered. Reasonably priced. Large portions. Ample parking. Very plain interior. Just a couple of tables and chairs. No view except the parking lot. Not a place to host a party. Workers are friendly and service is fast. No mask mandate. Would order takeout and enjoy it elsewhere. Give it a try! The food is awesome!

This chain of authentic Persian restaurants never disappoints. They also have two locations for convenient takeout orders, and their food is consistently delicious!
