For me, a key indicator of quality is the hash brown. While it was served hot, it had a slightly oily taste, and if I can taste the oil, that's not a good sign. The rest of the meal was okay. My wife ordered scrambled eggs on toast, which was fine but a bit salty. I had specifically requested bread that wasn’t sourdough, and the manager informed me they had grain bread, which I thought was great. However, the bread served for both the scrambled eggs and The Big Mojo turned out to be sourdough grain, so it wasn’t what I expected.
