The young woman working here on May 20th around 5 PM deserves a raise. Management should also address the issue of homelessness in the area for the safety of both employees and customers. She handled a difficult situation with a homeless individual in the store with incredible patience and professionalism—much more than I would have been able to. Aside from that, the food and donuts are excellent as always.
This cozy little shop specializes in rice flour donuts. They're light and airy, not greasy at all, and they introduce a new flavor every Tuesday and Friday! You can't go wrong with the classic glazed donut, but the other flavors are equally delicious. Don't forget to try their boba too! It's perfectly chewy—neither too soft nor too hard—and goes well with any flavor of tea, coffee, or shake!
The cleanliness of this place, the fresh donuts, the sweet drinks, and the hardworking staff all is what makes this place amazing.Every time I visit, May is there to assist me. Her multitasking skills are truly impressive. She juggles phone orders, crafts drinks, and packs orders, all while providing excellent customer service during my order.
One of my favorite places! Everything is super fresh and warm, and absolutely delicious. The texture is chewy and tasty, without being too sweet. My wife and I love visiting this place. The Korean corn dogs are always fresh, and so are the donuts! Krystal is always on hand when we come, and she is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the great customer service and the quality of their offerings. We highly recommend this place!
I was welcomed with a smile, Kyle was very polite and helpful. I chose Thai Tea and a 3 pack mochinut caramel apple Jack, crispy chocolate and passion fruit. There's no wrong choice! Thanks Kyle for the wonderful service, the Thai Tea was made Perfect! Just like I like it.
