I have gone to this restaurant ever since they first opened and it 's become abundantly clear that since Covid, it 's gone downhill considerably. Sadly, they no longer care about their customers only their profits. Food quality, menu options, customer satisfaction and addressing customer complaints are all no longer on their priority list. To add insult to injury they have a poor excuse for a rewards program where they give you a $5.00 reward for every $100 you spend that can be used towards your next meal the catch is, they only give you about a week to use this reward and then it expires. And believe me they will not budge an inch on the expiration date. I got yelled at for even asking for...
Decided to splurge and go out to dinner at the Mockingbird Restaurant. Very disappointed. Ordered steak tips medium; received small medallions that are not tips, they were very dry. Hubby got baked Schrod with mashies and veggies; bland on all 3! Schrod had breadcrumb topping with no flavor, mashed potatoes that were served Room temp and waaay over blended that they would fall off your fork, veggies were steamed only, no butter or seasoning. Very slow service, but maybe they expect you to sit for an hour and a half and chit chat. $51 plus tip, waste of money.
The night of the event started out horribly, due to Frank. He was so unprofessional and rude. We had guest waiting out in their cars, he wouldn't let anyone... I mean anyone in, not even the dj to set up the equipment. I felt so bad for the hosts of the party they were so embarrassed. The staff did amazing in on the decor setup. I also felt that the serving of the food should be a little more considering of the person. Other than that everything else went well.
