We went in last night (Friday) around 6:30pm. They must have had a lot of online or takeout orders, because there was no one in front of us in line, and hardly anyone dining in, but we waited for 10 whole minutes while they made pizza after pizza without acknowledging us at all. We ordered two of the pizzas on their menu and a small salad. All the ingredients were wilted and looked old. The pizza crust is clearly pre-made and doesn't puff up in the oven the way you'd expect from a wood fired pizza oven. They skimped on toppings. During my visit, I encountered a gentleman wearing a hat and a tie-dye shirt who provided outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff didn't quite match his level of excellence. Though I didn't catch his name, he was busy greeting customers, managing the oven, taking orders, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout. I know working in the food industry can be challenging, and while patrons come for the food, they return for the overall experience. Kudos to him for a job well done!
The "Mega" Garden Salad was a bit disappointing in terms of portion size, especially given the price! It tasted good and looked fresh, but for the cost, it definitely wasn’t worth ordering—especially if you’re trying to serve more than two people. It only works for more than two if you treat it as a side salad rather than a main dish.
Carlos provided excellent customer service! I was really impressed with how quick and easy it was to place our order, and we didn't have to wait long at all. Thank you so much, Carlos! I learned that he’s the regional manager for Sacramento, and I hope all the employees can learn from him.

I ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times I received a crust that wasn't gluten-free. I can tolerate trace amounts of gluten, but I cannot eat regular gluten pizza. If you're gluten-free, I recommend not ordering from here, as it could make you very sick.
I ordered a mini pizza and a mini salad, and both were quite enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. If you're in the mood for pizza, this is definitely the place to go!

I love Mod pizzas. I visited this particular place just once, while I was passing by. The pizza I ordered turned out to be really under-cooked. Might be a one-off case; not sure.
