Mod Pizza - Reserva de mesa

Show up at 9:45pm on a Friday when their posted hours say 11pm. Order food and was told I had to eat it outside. No where does the dine in hours are any different from the regular hours. The customer service was terrible. They were young kids working, and it was very apparent were trying to close and did not want to be there. I’m pretty sure if a manager were present this would never happen. If one of these kids “was” the manager I don’t know what else to say except they shouldn’t have a job because they obviously don’t care about the customers or quality of service. Never again will I patronize this location. I’ll continue driving further to Totem Lake.

We ordered 2 customized pizzas and the taste was missing. The dough was just terrible GLUE , the canadian bacon without taste, the red pizza sauce tasted like cheap can artificial sauce, the mozzarella cheese no-taste. What kind of ingredients this place is using? We were previously ordering all the time and now is just big disappointment We call to complain and the answer was They have a lot of complaints, because they changed the mozzarella cheese .

I ordered a pizza right after my friend, but their pizza arrived first. When my pizza finally came out 10 minutes later, the server dropped it. They made another pizza, but it was the wrong size. Finally, when I received the pizza, it was undercooked and unappetizing. To make matters worse, I had tipped 20%, but after this experience, I will never tip again at Mod Pizza. General staff is great, but the manager on April 11th with a goatee pretty much joked about accidentally giving an employee what looked like a third degree burn. I feel horrible for that staff member, they should have at least been sent home to take care of that. I hope HR will look into this, those workers deserve better. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant had too few staff to handle the high volume of customers at one of the busiest MOD Pizza locations. It is recommended to hire more staff and focus on improving service before thinking about profits. The food and service both received a rating of 5, but the atmosphere was rated a 3.

When this place opened it was full of energy and workers and stuff moved fast. Now it's barely staffed, low energy, and it takes forever to get through the line. When I arrived there were three people in line. When I left 10-15 minutes later there were 7 and I was still third in line.

The restaurant provided excellent service with welcoming staff. Although our order was slightly incorrect, it was not a major issue. We will definitely dine here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
