If I could give more than 5 stars it would be 10. I made an online order and mistakenly forget to add red sauce to my cauliflower pizza. I asked if it was possible to remake my order even when it was my fault. They did not hesitate at all. The gentleman with the hat even offered me a drink as I patiently waited for my pizza to be cooked. Again, this was totally my fault but they were so accommodating. The lady giving me my order was also very kind and polite. From here on out, I’ll be coming to this MOD location and will also no longer eat pizza at Blaze because of the amazing service. Great and amazing staff!!
The staff here are friendly and genuinely try their best. The food is tasty, but I wish the location wasn't consistently understaffed. When I order online for pickup, the scheduled time is usually 15 minutes from when I place the order, but I recommend adding an extra 10 to 20 minutes. Since I work nearby, it's not a huge deal for me to adjust my timing. The employees are always apologetic about the wait, which is appreciated. If they could resolve the staffing issue, this would definitely be a five-star establishment in my book.
I really enjoy Mod Pizza for the customization options they provide. You can choose to pick up your order or dine in. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I experienced a 20-minute wait for my well-done pizza, which was worth it. I also signed up for their rewards program, where I earn points with every purchase. I highly recommend this place! I wanted to update my review to emphasize how great the staff is here!
Pizza is great however your staff needs to be trained on how to clean. Stopped at Fremont location and the staff swept floor then wiped down tables where crumbs dropped on the floor where she just swept. You also to need wipe the seats and benches where crumbs fell also. Work smarter not harder.

Pizza was way past app time frame but staff was very friendly, apologetic, and look like they had been swamped with orders. I have had the time frames off multiple times at this location but I believe the company app needs better time estimates and its not the stores fault.
Budget friendly custom Pizza. Pizza was fresh and warm. Ordered online and it was ready in 20 min for pickup. All ingredients were well cooked and tasty. I’ll definitely order again. Delicious pizza ordered again! Chose my own toppings and veggies. Crispy and well baked.
I just had one of the best garlic based-pizza made for me with an amazing attitude, the 3 young men that are attending at this hour of the day are on top of hygiene, customer service and of course delicious food. They made my lunch hour today. Thank you very much.

staff have good attitude. pizza is fresh and delicious they give a generous amount of toppings. worth the money. the price is not bad being in the fremont location
