The staff here are friendly and genuinely try their best. The food is tasty, but I wish the location wasn't consistently understaffed. When I order online for pickup, the scheduled time is usually 15 minutes from when I place the order, but I recommend adding an extra 10 to 20 minutes. Since I work nearby, it's not a huge deal for me to adjust my timing. The employees are always apologetic about the wait, which is appreciated. If they could resolve the staffing issue, this would definitely be a five-star establishment in my book.

I really enjoy Mod Pizza for the customization options they provide. You can choose to pick up your order or dine in. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I experienced a 20-minute wait for my well-done pizza, which was worth it. I also signed up for their rewards program, where I earn points with every purchase. I highly recommend this place! I wanted to update my review to emphasize how great the staff is here!

Many pizza places don't offer non-dairy cheese, but fast-casual spots like Blaze, MOD Pizza, and Pieology do. You get to customize your own pizza. I prefer to order in person because they have chickpeas available there, which aren't an option on the mobile app. For protein, I can choose between their salty vegan meat or the chickpeas, which turn out to have a creamy texture when baked.

One of my favorite pizza chains is Mod Pizza, and this location is just as excellent as the others. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Their pizzas are consistently fresh and offer a wide variety of toppings. The thin crust is delightful and has a satisfying crunch. Their salads are great as well. Pizza was way past app time frame but staff was very friendly, apologetic, and look like they had been swamped with orders. I have had the time frames off multiple times at this location but I believe the company app needs better time estimates and its not the stores fault.

Budget friendly custom Pizza. Pizza was fresh and warm. Ordered online and it was ready in 20 min for pickup. All ingredients were well cooked and tasty. I’ll definitely order again. Delicious pizza ordered again! Chose my own toppings and veggies. Crispy and well baked.

I just had one of the best garlic based-pizza made for me with an amazing attitude, the 3 young men that are attending at this hour of the day are on top of hygiene, customer service and of course delicious food. They made my lunch hour today. Thank you very much.
