I've ordered from Moda 19 times, and I expect that number will only increase. They serve the best grilled lamb, salads, wraps, and their hummus is legendary. What's impressive is their consistent quality; every order, every day of the week, they use the same high-quality ingredients and cooking methods. This place deserves far more recognition than it currently receives. Honestly, I'm quite picky about food—I have a rule that if I can make it better myself, then I won't pay for it. I visited Moda Restaurant with my family. My daughter is living in Chelmsford and we visited Moda at last Saturday. Everything was perfect, especially the staff was quite professional and cheerful. I tried mixed shish and my daughter got lamb shish. We also tried their cold starters. I will definitely visit Moda again because I am not able to forget that delicious meal. The staff are very friendly and provide a fantastic service. The restaurant itself is very modern, clean and a great atmosphere. The food is excellent too!
