First tried this restaurant two months ago on a friends recommendation. Was very impressed. The chef owner Luca who introduced himself was very helpful with suggestions, also altered the sauce to my taste for a beautiful seafood pasta. Full of flavour, and he has passion for his kraft. Helped us with wine selections also. We returned last night, wanting to impress some friends, who are very fussy. My husband took me along to Moda Kitchen Bar last night to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we were met at the door with a warm welcome by Brittany (who was the wait staff for the evening we knew we were going to enjoy a special evening. Everything was perfect the friendliness of the staff, the selection of wine, the beautiful menu and meeting Chef Luca added to our Moda experience. Our menu selection included entree Duck Livers (him ; Zucchini Flowers (me ; main Grass Fed beef (him ; Spatchcock (me which we followed with a shared Cheese Board. I went to Moda for lunch today and had an amazing experience. Our waiter Alex provided wonderful, friendly, and attentive service. We were able to taste a few wines before choosing one, and the food was some of the best we've had in Seddon. If you're looking for a restaurant with exceptional fresh produce and great service day and night, this is the place for you! They also have fantastic lunch specials, such as the delicious lamb salad. Moda is a hidden gem in Seddon and I would give it 6 stars if I could. I discovered Moda while walking past it on a Sunday morning on my way for coffee. Intrigued by the appealing menu and great specials, I decided to go back that night to try it out. I was not let down! The atmosphere was sophisticated yet casual, the wines were amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming. Being personally thanked by Chef Luca at the end of the meal was the cherry on top of a wonderful evening. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant!

A group of us went to dinner at this restaurant the other night and every single one of us was impressed. The food was of top quality, especially the gnocchi that just melted in my mouth. The staff were attentive and friendly. The coffee was delicious and the polenta cake was amazing – everybody who ordered it couldn't stop raving about it. Thank you for making our night a great one.
What a special place. Just what Seddon needed. The food and wine were perfect, the service friendly but unobtrusive, the decore classy but subdued. A lovely place to spend an evening. And a lovely place to return to the following morning for great(Atomica) coffee and delicious muesli, and a pastry or two, amongst other things of course.
I love this restaurant which is why I keep going back. You are made to feel so welcome as soon as you walk through the door like you a part of the extended family. If you get there early the chef comes out to say hello. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and most importantly the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place.
Delicious! Great food from a not too large menu. Gave us lovely bread and oil before our main. Staff were very friendly. Share a lemon almond and polenta cake with berries and cream for dessert. A great find close to home

What a hidden gem in Seddon! My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch yesterday. The owner and head chef Luca was warm and welcoming, and the restaurant space itself is classic luxe.
