Moderato… Great place for Italian food in Doral! I had the chance to eat there a couple of times and both times were great. I rarely go out of my house to have pasta; I think I can make a very decent pasta dish myself at home. However, at Moderato you are going to find an extensive menu with great dishes to share. The portions are generous and well presented. The restaurant is well kept, and the service is outstanding. Last night we had the pleasure of meeting Daniela who took care of our orders, she did a fantastic job of explaining the dishes and was quick to make sure we had everything we always needed. There is plenty of free parking and the prices are fine.

We recently celebrated my mom's birthday at Moderato. Luis was very helpful from the begging, making recommendations and helping us with menu selection. The day of the event, the service was outstanding. Thanks to Paula, Mayra and Andres for the great service and attention to details.The food was delicious. Everything that was ordered was great. All guests were happy with what they ordered.Thank you to all Moderato team for an excellent service.I'll definitely recommend this place.Keep the great service and the delicious food.
I’m sure most of their food is great but I don’t recommend coming here on a work schedule. The pasta took my whole lunch break to make and the taste and quality was disappointing. Not bad just not impressive enough for a $50-60 bill.I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, a side salad, and a coke. $30? Sure. $50? Overpriced but then again it’s Miami…The waitress was very kind and attentive. She tried her best! Again, maybe just the wrong timeframe. I’ll try again.

It is supposed to be a very good Italian restaurant, but the pizza sauce is watered down and you can’t taste it.I was offered by the waitress very nice attitude one of their specialty dishes which is the Contadina di Manzo, Pasta served in a bread, the meat had a very disgusting flavor and could have been undercooked.Also, the person eating with me ordered the gnocchi and the plate had 13 gnocchi.I would not recommend it for people that have eaten real Italian food.
I’m so happy I came here for Friday date night! I’ve been coming to Moderato for 3 years now, but tonight I was served by Paula, Carla, and Mayra. Their attitude and attentiveness was just as great as the food. They constantly came to check if we needed anything and were very detailed in explaining the menu dishes. Great service, great location, great food, super nice girlies!
Amazing. The food was top notch, and the service was incredible as well. Will definitely return next time I'm in Miami. Split 2 dishes between 4 people (Calzone and Gnocchi) and it was a decent price.Food: 5/5
Great restaurant. Came with a very large party to celebrate my dad’s birthday and everything was delicious. Our server Karla was super kind and helpful as well as the manager Luis.

The service was great, as well as the food. Not a super fancy place, but a great place to get good food at a reasonable price.
Great Italian food and service. The restaurant was clean, well kept and busy. Food tasted great fresh out of the fire oven.
