Recently my family and I stopped by for dinner while we were visiting. My family lives in downtown Cartersville and had been to Modern Sports a couple weeks prior to our evening and said they enjoyed it. This particular evening was totally different than their prior experience. Jamie was our server and to say she gave us the worst service would even be an understatement. If I could give this 10 stars I would. I don’t give reviews often, but felt I had to! We had a party of about 25 coming back from a baseball game. Farrin (spelling? was the only bartender/waitress working. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She let us rearrange tables. She knew exactly how to take our orders by boys’ numbers, she was fast, attentive, kind, and everything was accurate. Food came out amazingly quick for having such a big party and no staff. Jamie, the manager, was the most disappointing aspect of our experience, aside from the cold food. She spent more time petting animals at the bar than attending to her duties. Not once were my children's drinks refilled. Thankfully, one server did her best to take care of all the tables. My wife ordered chicken fingers that she didn't end up eating, and when I raised my concern about paying for items we didn't use, I was met with the threat of calling the police. I hope the owner can address the poor management and prevent other families from having a similar experience.
Overall, we had a good time. There were a couple issues, but nothing that would prevent us from returning. They were out of tomatoes, mushrooms, and sweet tea; none of which I expect in a sports bar-like environment. The margaritas we had were delicious and spicy, just like they were described. The bartender did a fantastic job of taking care of almost 20 guests between the bar and tables. We'll definitely be back.

Hands down, one of the best places to get wings! The staff was great and the food options were plentiful and fair priced! This is definitely a hidden secret that doesn’t need to stay hidden! Highly recommend!
The salad was incredibly fresh and crunchy, and the chicken was the best I've ever had. The service was outstanding. They always have my drink ready and greet me with a positive attitude.
Ate lunch Saturday, July 22, 2023. My wife I each had a chicken sandwich and a couple beers. Very good food and excellent service. We'll be back.
The menu here is awesome! The prices are not too high and the lunch menu is even better deals.
