I have been to restaurant on several occasions as it is close by to our company HQ. Before I go I know that I will select one of the hamburgers, they are very good and there is always a Hamburger Du Jour which has varied each time that I have visited. I thoroughly enjoyed the mexican version that was available on a recent visite. Quite often we go as a group of 6 or more as we enjoy the relaxed athmosphere and surrounding. The prices are reasonable and the wine is a relatively good selection. I wouldn 't hesistate to recommend this restaurant.
with colleagues we ate in the mö after hearing about it and especially seen, at the place and back, often passing by there, the half-vache that enters and that goes out of the walls. Nice discovery! the setting first, the old ride is beautiful, the restaurant's decor is sober but it feels comfortable. The food is very good: bone to marrow at the entrance, beef tartar as main dish. the portions are consistent so that the dessert...we gave it up! It'll be for a next time. what to say...the service: efficient and discreet. Nice evening.
nice welcome. pleasant frame and friendly staff. We had a pleasant time too. The beef net was very good with good fries and vegetables. The sauce with red wine and honey very good, on the other hand that with garlic..Make a little garlic!..mark wine with glass at 7.- the () server (se) should be able to say what wine it is Pinot-Noir ok...But of whom?.If not all is correct.. the fried fried fries would be a . we will return.
The facade of this restaurant hides its stylish and modern interior like many places in La Chaux de Fonds. Do not be put off. On entering the small street door, you will discover a true carnivore's dream. Beef in all forms, creatively presented and of the highest quality. We were slightly pressed for time and the waitress was very accommodating.

I was recommended for tartare, so I used to be the one with old mustard. taste was bad, but the texture of the meat looked more like a meat boil. a pity, because when cut to the knife, the mouth rendering is so much better. otherwise, the frame is always great and the service was good, but few people in the room.
for having been several times, I have never been disappointed with foods or reception. friendly staff and charming room.
we had a burger, and they were of the steadfast! and for the prizes it is also a proper portion. we're coming back!
het is even lopen ( 10 min) vanuit het centrum maar zeker de moeite waard. heerlijk mals vlees in een mooie locatie
