After I bought a children's room, the same day delivery time was extended by 8 weeks. Contacted customer service 3 times! The first 2 statements canceled each other out and the 3rd attempt ignored the first 2 letters and indirectly told the customer that you were unlucky and you just have to wait. Incidentally, the product is still being sold with incorrect delivery times. Customer service has been a disaster for me so far for so much money. Unfortunately only by email and again and again from the beginning. Thank you dear Höffner team for this
Top work as a salesman, advice, to sale at Mr Pommerening. Afterwards a very polite and competent contact person at the checkout with Frau Schmidt. All in all a super furniture house. Very clean and tidy. It's just to recommend. I'll like to come back to Schönefeld to Furniture Höffner.
We finally found the runners. The selection was better than in all other specialist stores before. Thanks to the great and nice advice of the cashier, we also saved 40€! Great! I was very happy and happy!
Many parking spaces, little staff. Unfortunately very long ways, because you have to go through the checkout again by the entrance with the picked and paid and checked furniture.
