Moe's Italian Sandwiches

Love Moe 's! Finally, there was a place in NH that knows how to find a Maine Italian sandwich!! When using places genoa salami, capicola, pepperoni, salad or spinach....this is NOT a New England Italian! It's a pathetic will! Just keep it like Moe 's does!! The only hit I have on Moe 's is that they use a strange pickle that contradicts the smoothness and aromas of the other ingredients. The perfect NE Italian is smooth to bite with a perfect mix of flavors, from all properly placed ingredients, in every bite. But Moe 's uses some kind of pickle that throws all this away. It is bland and smooth on the inside, but the skin is really bland, crispy and chewing. Like two weeks old celery. There...

My only complaint about Moe's is the unusual pickle they use, which clashes with the smooth texture and flavors of the other ingredients. A perfect New England Italian sandwich should be smooth with a harmonious blend of flavors in every bite. Unfortunately, the pickle at Moe's disrupts that balance. It has a bland, smooth interior but a skin that is rather boring, crunchy, and chewy—almost like two-week-old celery. It's not at all pleasant. Despite this, I will continue to enjoy their sandwiches. However, I believe this pickle choice holds them back from achieving legendary status in the sandwich scene.

These sandwiches make you crave them. It's a straight forward sandwich shop, they stick with what they do best. I think there's only 3 kinds of meat plus meatballs, so not a lot of combination but good lord they are deliciously addictive. I don't know where they get the bread from but I suspect it's heaven. They only make sandwiches but they make them right.

As someone from Ohio, my perspective might be influenced by my limited experiences, but I have to say this is the best sub I've ever had in my life! Didn't think this place was all he should be. Very little offered for menu items....no Roastbeef sub. Tuna wasn't the best option. Reserva una mesa ahora
