After calling the restaurant, I spoke with the manager, John, who was very helpful and had a good understanding of customer service. He was polite and offered us a replacement pizza or a refund. After discussing it, we decided we didn’t want another Moe's Pizza, so my husband went back to the store to request a refund from John. However, the owner called me personally without identifying himself and demanded to know what the problem with our pizza was. This caller didn’t introduce himself as the owner. I explained to him the issues we had, referring to John, the manager, who had already addressed our complaint. The man on the phone was quite argumentative, making it difficult to understand...

The food was great! We had an amazing avacado pizza and a layered pepperoni pizza. We were a mixed group of 8, social distancing was accomodated by the waitstaff. However I did notice that the waitress served based on race. She would refill everyone's drinks except ours little things like that were noticable by myself and the group. The establishment was clean, had good parking and well lit. The only downside was the awkwardness of the waitresses behavior. Great food. For people of color with no other alternatives carryout out is the best option. ?

We heard great things about Moe's Pizza and were told it was the best in the area—and they were absolutely correct! Our only regret is that we waited so long to give it a try. The owner took our order and exceeded our expectations. He even offered us a discount since it was our first visit, along with complimentary drinks. The cheese is incredibly flavorful, and the marinara sauce is outstanding! Unlike many sauces, it's not overly acidic. If you haven't been here yet, make sure to check it out—you’re truly missing out!

Wonderful experience with my family at Moe's! We ordered a supreme hand tossed pizza ahead of dining in and it was baked to perfection. They are so much better than Pizza Hut Domino's! I love this pizza place. It isn't far from longview downtown. The waitress was nice, my child even gave a hug to a waitress. So I hope to come back soon!! Love this place. My bf and I are definitely coming back. For sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The customer service here is outstanding, and the pizzas, cheese sticks, and wings are among the best I've had. Everything is prepared to perfection, making for the ideal snack! The prawn pizza was particularly exceptional!
