Moe's Southwest Grill

First time visited. I was pleasantly surprised after only having Chipotle. To start I didn’t feel rushed like in an assembly line. The young lady who helped me last night (Tuesday) was pleasant and made by burritos perfectly and was not stingy. They also gave me free chips which was a pleasant surprise. Wish I knew servers name to shout her out. Will be back. Oh and was delicious with option for white meat.

I love this place, and Moe 's in general, but Moe 's app is horrible, especially if you 're using bonus gift cards (which are really just coupons) from a gift card purchase. That 's not the fault of this store but unfortunately it 's part of the experience. As for the local place itself, the people here have always been friendly and all the food tastes great. Definitely happy to be a regular customer!

Ordered online paid for delivery driver tip and order was wrong. Had to drive to the store to have them fix it and the girl was trying to tell me I was wrong. Didn’t offer any sort of refund or gift card for messing up 2 of 3 items in the order. Chipotle Moes

Outstanding!!! Sema the Mgr. Is very professional helpful and kind. She graciously accommodated me for a delivery driver error. Her point of view was she'd rather lose a small sale rather than lose a lifetime customer. Outstanding customer service!!

Very simple delicious meal. It's pedestrian Mexican food but I really find it enjoyable. A few vegetarian options.
