Food Prep Person was patient and identifies the various items on the counter to choose from. She also asked if there is anything else to make sure before she wraps the burrito. Great customer service. Maybe because it's not too crowded, do they give me extra attention? This situation is definitely worth coming back. Other Moe's locations rushed at me and I felt like being pushed into the cash register before I picked up my fillings. The price is now higher so that lunch for one person is at $16.
Terrible customer serviceThe women who was making our order was so unwelcoming this store had no food in the trays to serve people staff seemed lazy to refill everything. She literally put one small spoon of rice in a bowl everything 1 spoon. Spent 30$ for terrible food and service …Terrible i would recommend going to massapequa location those actually care for customer and give sufficient food as per price.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff spoke about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand, and even laughed about it. Additionally, they didn’t greet customers with the usual “Welcome to Moe’s!” The Garden City location is much better, so I won’t be returning to the East Meadow location.
Excellent flavor However I ordered tacos. Not sure why you use tin foil to wrap them which makes it turn mushy and i live only 5 minutes away. Maybe use paper or those cardboard taco boxes makes more sense. Also dont put the huge burrito in the bag on top of the tacos it squashes them

Moe's burrito is just like any other Moe's. They offer a salsa bar with a variety of flavors. If you're looking for decent chain Mexican food, Qdoba is located just a few minutes away.
The food is so delicious. Perfect option for me as I eat vegan. Chips are free as side, 5 different types of salsa. Yum. My husband loves her burritos.
My burritos were very small and the kids burrito I ordered was the size of my thumb. It's usually bigger than this.
Ordered 4 soft shells and 2 hard shells but only got one hard shell. Steak tasted and smelled like lamb.
