Repeated lack of major food items, Ewww, plus Rude. Each and every time I 've visited this location they 're unprepared on a major food ingredient...rice, beans, chicken, tofu. At dinnertime. They have the food. They just don 't manage warmed supply to demand times. Note to children food workers: it 's gross to literally stick your fingers into a customers food to pull out something you mistakenly put in. and You were indignant and offended because the food was denied? Unbelievable. The sarcastic Teen 'manager ' was practically a parody on service today. There are plenty of other options out there take your elsewhere.
Ordered two burritos via DoorDash, received one correctly and one was in a salad bowl with no burrito... very strange since it was a ?Homewrecker? which is considered their most frequently ordered burrito, yet mine was made incorrectly. They are also written correctly on the receipt. Practically the same except a few ingredients. I usually always choose this location- even talked up Moes to a friend who was reluctant to try tonight, they prefer Chipotle. Thank you for proving them correct. I no longer will order from here.
Tried to place an order at 930, when the store closes at 10. I was told only a few items were available and the grill was off. If you close at 10 then close at 10. I have worked food retail before. If you're going to close earlier then don't have your hours or preface that the kitchen closes early... Which is wild because all you do is sell food ...if you're open until 10 be open until 10. Serve customers until 10. Otherwise you're going to have frustrated customers
We had a disappointing experience at Chipotle, so we chose to go to Moe's instead. I can’t emphasize enough how accommodating they were, especially since I’m trying to reduce my carb intake. They let me order just a side of steak and a side of guacamole, which was more than enough to satisfy my hunger— and I usually eat quite a bit! I highly recommend giving them a try!

I stopped by for lunch, and, as usual, the food was wonderful. However, what prompted me to write this review were the two gentlemen at the counter. Their customer service was outstanding, and it was a joy to interact with them. If no one has told you this today, you both are doing an excellent job! -From your favorite customers of the day (so far).
Lucas at the register consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and professionalism. I've never witnessed anyone manage so many orders with such efficiency! His speed and precision are truly remarkable. Keep up the excellent work, Lucas!
First time trying vs chipotle. Honestly school lunches tasted better. The Queso tastes like melted white American cheese. The rice tasted like uncle bens out of a bag. Save your money and go to chipotle

Moe's is a good cost-effective way to get metro style Mexican cuisine. The staff is very nice and the building is kept clean.
