Moe's Southwest Grill

They close the door 10 minutes early than posted time. As a customer you are waiting at the door they look at you and do not respond so that they can go home early! And one of the employees who had some curtosy came out after close to closing time when I waited for 5 minutes outside in the cold to inform me that manager of the the restaurant wanted it to be closed early as there were not many customers at that time. This is utterly ridiculous!! The employees also do not look to be motivated to provide good service!

they supply the taste of the moe, but they always screw up the details on my command. forget to add the drink on the child's meal, or forget to add salsa with the chips. like another reviewer, I also noticed that inconsistent meat is added in the bowl. the knock of extra meat is in the round only one donation that is not taxable deductible.

The home wrecker bowl was pretty good. But I feel shorted to spend $12 and only get 5 tiny pieces of steak. The girl making my bowl purposely took a single piece out and back into the container.. I was shocked ?. Very expensive for the quality you receive. Guacamole in east Rochester taste a lot better for a similar price.

last night I came to this Moe’s with two dollars short of the cost to get a cup queso. when the hired person saw me from the bank, he used two of his own dollar (even if he was a college-age) to pay for the queen. I didn't get his name, but wanted to thank him so much! I will definitely pay it forward

Stake and potato bowl ....amazing! My girls got a small rice and chicken burritos and wife the Stack let's just say we could have used a lil help with the food very very decent portions love the staff here they're the best keep up guys we will be coming back again and again

every time I order the transfer or delivery from this place, something is wrong or missing. Actually, I wouldn't order from them any more, but my son loves moes queso. I only make it a point to order there to make sure everything is correct.

moes southwest-Ameri-Meh-xican shrub. strange park at this place in penfield, usually dirty tables, eating is basic ameri-mex ingredients assembled, but they want enough to fill them, but not exactly at a bargain.

Best location. Wonderful and friendly staff. Manager is friendly and accommodating. We are always extremely happy with our food and service. Highly recommend!

The worker with the long hair deserves a raise. Made the fattest burrito I’ve ever seen.
