Moe's Southwest Grill

Very hostile and unprofessional staff. Tried to pick up a mobile order. Asked about the order. Was told someone else picked it up and that's its my problem. Let the customer know. Customer called. Same employee got 2 inches from my face in a hostile manner and told me that he wasn't refusing to make but then told me to have a good day and walked away in an unprofessional manner. Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend

To begin, Chelsea is a superstar. Very polite and cordial with every single customer regardless of who they are. In addition, The managing partner went out of his way to help me out with a online order issue in a previous visit. As somebody who has challenges it's welcome to be treated normal here. I will definitely make the drive to this location for the very reasons above.

I was traveling through with my family and we stopped here to eat. The service was absolutely amazing! The employees were very friendly and went above and beyond to prepare our orders well. The food was delicious and the establishment was clean.

nothing better than getting a big queso with a whole bag of stale chips. super disappointed. I ruined my whole dinner. I usually love the chips.

The food is pretty good for what it is. I’m giving 5 stars because the staff is always very friendly and accommodating!
