The food selection is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. So why only two stars? The issue lies with the frustrating voicemail greeting that every Moe's restaurant shares. They seldom answer their phones, and the voicemail features a man who sounds resentful and unhappy with his job, which certainly doesn’t create a warm atmosphere (you can call and hear it for yourself). Additionally, the only tortilla option available is flour; there are no healthier choices like whole wheat, spinach, or tomato basil, and they don’t offer cauliflower rice like Chipotle does. I've been a loyal fan of this restaurant chain for many years, but my recent visit changed that. I was really disappointed with my dinner on Saturday, September 10, at 6 PM. I ordered the Homewrecker steak bowl, and while the guacamole and cilantro rice were delicious, some of the steak pieces were cold, as if they'd just been taken from the top. My wife's bowl had very little chicken, which isn't enough protein for a satisfying meal. I expected the Homewrecker to be much meatier! Furthermore, the Sam Adams beer, which should have been chilled, was not cold at all. To top it off, the restaurant was dirty, including the restrooms. Overall, the food was neither hot nor fresh, the portion sizes...
I was really let down by this restaurant. The portion sizes were quite small, and it felt like they were cutting back on ingredients. Although the staff preparing the tacos were friendly, they weren't very efficient. It gave the impression that the franchise owner is struggling and perhaps being a bit frugal, as the younger employees at the counter seemed to share that attitude. Everything felt overpriced, especially the drinks. You might even get a disapproving glance from the staff for asking for a cup of water. On a positive note, they do offer plenty of small packets of hot sauce! However, I won't be coming back.
During our second visit, my boyfriend asked for extra rice, and the server scoffed, telling him there would be an extra charge. As a loyal customer of Moe's since I was five and with my brother working there, I know this is not the typical policy for simply requesting extra rice, especially since it doesn't include any meat or queso. Considering our previous unpleasant experience was less than a week ago, we felt we were treated unfairly. As a result, we've decided not to return to this location, especially since the extra charges seem to be applied inconsistently.

The food here is exceptional for the price, particularly on Burrito Monday! I think today is Monday, although I'm not completely sure. I've seen that the specials at Moe's vary by day. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had smiles, which was lovely to witness. They really loaded up my burrito, which I absolutely appreciate! The free chips are also amazing, especially with the salsa and cheese options they offer!
I have relied on Moe's catering for several events, and they consistently deliver exceptional service! They always arrive on time with everything needed, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Moe's never disappoints, especially when catering for large groups of teenagers. I will absolutely be using their services again in the future.
I’ve eaten here before, but when I arrived at 9:20 AM, the door was open even though they didn’t officially open until 10:30 AM. That’s not a great sign for the business. I’d like to give this location a second chance, but when I went inside, the staff were rude and told me they wouldn’t open for another hour and asked me to leave.
Update 2/5/22: I've updated my review to include the owner’s response to my initial feedback. They sincerely apologized for my experience and provided me with a credit for my meal. I truly appreciate when businesses genuinely consider customer feedback, as it can significantly impact customer loyalty.

The food was outstanding, but it seems the restaurant is understaffed. The place was clean and the dishes were very flavorful, though you might want to brace yourself for a bit of a wait.
I absolutely adore the crispy tacos at Moe's—they’re a timeless favorite! The queso is amazing too.
