Moe's Southwest Grill

PLASTIC Wrap found in my food. Inadvertently ate some of them because it is clear.. Eclectic and embarrassing for every restaurant. He came to the store that GM emailed me, I answered and never came out again. The last time I made a problem with my food very wrong for a pickup order that reaches GM promised to send me vouchers to for the bad experience, got my address etc. and never sent. Should I? ve known this place not a second, or third, or fourth chance.. But it?

Went to Moe?s for family dinner bought and paid for a large queso for all the chips and somehow it didn?t make it into any of my bags I called and they were closed the young lady on the phone wasn?t concerned with offering me a solution to their mistake and she didn?t even care that it happened she said I could come another day and get a refund and then she added that?s about all I can do for you ! She should be the employee of the month ! Never again moes !

This place used to be great. Now it's terrible. They were made of ground beef. The ingredients looked like they were sitting for days. Dried and not very appetizing. The chicken in our tacos was very dried, no taste. It won't go back. The restaurant looked like they were a step away from the store.

Absolutely disgusting! Hair in my food. I will never come back to this location again. When confronting the manager Brittany she didn?t even apologize or seam to care. If I could give 0 starts I would

Worst Moos I've been there before. No ingredients and an argumentative staff. I definitely don't come back.
