Three times in a row I go there and pick up food, ordering online through their app. Every single time, I order a Homewrecker Burrito. I receive it in a bowl. I never order a bowl, and they always do it. Unacceptable, and I won't be returning. I recommend ordering in the place if you want your food made properly. Rather disappointing when the location in Beaufort always gets it correct.
Food was up the Moe’s standard that I know and love. We beat the crowd, but a large line definitely formed after we sat down with out food. Social distancing and sanitizing practices are in place in the dining area, but I would have liked to see some type of “customer maximum” inside the restaurant. At the peak, it was hard to keep your distance when moving around.
It was Moe 's Monday, discount day . The restaurant was clean even though they were busy. The line moved fast, the food was fresh and good. The staff was polite and some were funny. Food was prepared as I expected and tasted great. We tried another salsa, pineapple salsa and it was pretty good. Great experience. Welcome to Moe's!
They got my order completely wrong 3 times in a row literally I call to complain and the girl on the phone is rude to me wouldn’t tell me her name because she knew I would right a bad review about her but whoever is answering calls on 6/15/22 should be fired she is very rude and needs to learn how to treat customers
